At Impact Zone, we have been helping cadets, recruits, active and veteran Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders get ready for and pass their fitness tests and evaluations.

In the last 15 years we’ve helped coach, train, and mentor hundreds of individuals who have gone on to serve.

Our program is designed specifically to help prepare an individual Physically and Mentally for all upcoming tests and challenges. We help them develop the Physical and Mental Foundation for their Service Career.
